I understand it is a common problem with 1990′s 4.3 CID blazers to have the remote oil filter oil hoses start leaking.

Even if there was one you most likely wouldn’t be covered. Maybe that’s not what your asking and maybe you just want to know if there was a recall at one time?
If there leaking then your should replace them.
